Protective Security Expert

Henrik Thernlund is a senior security advisor and security protection expert. He has extensive and solid experience working with security and Protective Security. He has conducted a number of security protection analyses in a variety of areas and businesses. He has a strong focus on delivery and quality, which ensures that the products and advice he provides are of the highest quality. 

Specialization

Henrik is one of Sweden's most experienced security protection managers with extensive and broad knowledge in all areas of Protective Security. He is a security protection manager trained by both the Security Police and the Armed Forces, a trained IT security manager, and an authorized signal protection manager. He is also trained in security intelligence, including international security intelligence. He is also authorized to conduct security screening interviews. Henrik has been a security protection manager for security-sensitive defense-related authorities. As the highest security protection officer for these authorities, he also has extensive experience in managing security protection services. He studied basic law at Uppsala University, which gives him a solid legal foundation. He is accustomed to leading various management assignments, such as security protection work at the authority level.

Henrik's background is as an officer with experience and leadership as a battle group and battalion commander for up to 5000 personnel.

Other Qualifications

Henrik has conducted numerous training courses for employers and government agency management. He has extensive experience in establishing and restructuring security protection functions at government agencies. He has considerable experience in teaching and training in various areas, including Protective Security. He also has knowledge and experience of auditing and inspecting security protection. As a security service strategist at the Military Intelligence and Security Service (MUST), Henrik has handled security issues at the government agency level in the Swedish Armed Forces, such as restructuring and taking over areas of operation from other government agencies. Most recently, he has begun building and structuring a security department within the Swedish Armed Forces' production management. Henrik has been the Swedish Armed Forces' expert on security-protected procurement (SUA).
